Tethering your tiny to the ground can provide peace of mind in unsure weather conditions and a general sense of stability during everyday living. Our tiny homes can withstand 150km/h winds (N3 wind rating), if tethered to the ground using UniPiers and concrete footings, spaced correctly. We can provide a pier layout that shows you where to place the supports, to best distribute the weight of your individual tiny. We can also provide the Unipiers and necessary bolts and screws in kit form for $180.
