  • Modular homes are prefabricated dwellings built off-site in sections and then assembled on-site. It’s fast, efficient and council-compliant.

  • Tiny homes are built on wheels and are more mobile. Prefab modular homes are permanent, larger, and make for comfortable full-time living. Another key difference is that our tiny homes are classified as caravans and generally don't need council approval. Our modular homes do require Development Applications.

  • Yes, we offer both standard and full customisation options.

  • Yes, modular housing will require Development Application (DA) approval from your local council.

Covered by warranty

All our modular homes come with a statutory warranty—6 years for major defects and 2 years for minor defects.
