We believed the brand, the designs and the craftsmanship were worth preserving. Rather than seeing the business disappear, we saw an opportunity to build on what had been created while improving the areas that mattered most.
Since acquiring the business, our focus has been on rebuilding from the ground up—not simply continuing where the previous company left off.

Previous Warranties
One of the most common questions we receive relates to warranties issued before the liquidation.
Because the previous company entered liquidation, warranties issued by that company remained with that legal entity. The current Designer Eco Tiny Homes business is legally separate and is therefore not responsible for those contractual obligations.
That said, we understand that previous customers placed their trust in the Designer Eco Tiny Homes brand. Where practical and reasonable, we have assisted former customers on a goodwill basis, even where we have had no legal obligation to do so. We believe that helping people where we can is simply the right thing to do.
